HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
One system for your floor and your players.
CardOpz Desktop runs on your workstations and handles intake, hardware and role-based access. The cloud platform runs on Microsoft Azure in US data centers and keeps every station in sync in real time, encrypted and backed up. The player app runs in their browser with your name on it.

SEATING CASH-GAME PLAYERS

The floor manager is the live map of the room. Tables show who is in every seat, how long they have been there and which tables are Going, Live or Dead Spread. Dealers check in at the table from the tablet, so the map is always right.
WAITLIST MANAGEMENT
Players join from anywhere. Staff seat from one list.
Game cards are set up per game and limit. Players get on from the desk, the kiosk in the lobby, or the QR code on the board with their phone. The board on the TV, the manager view and the player app all show the same list. When a seat opens, the player gets a text through Twilio.
AT THE WINDOW
Sell time, memberships and merch from one screen.
Hour packages, weekly or annual memberships, entry fees and merchandise ring up on one ticket against the player’s account, with their time balance and bank right there. Membership and time sales are in every plan.
DISPLAYS & BOARDS
The room’s TVs, driven from the same data.
Waitlist board, tournament clock, jackpot board, high-hand display and table rotation, each a browser tab on any TV. The clock shows the level, the break and the payouts, which update as players bust. The waitlist board carries a live message line from the desk.
AT THE KIOSK
Players help themselves in the lobby.
The kiosk runs on a full-size touchscreen PC, usually Windows, with a receipt printer attached. Players create an account, join the cash-game waitlist, check their hour balance and redeem promotions without tying up the desk, and the voucher prints right there. It reads the player card or the QR code in the app.
TOURNAMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

Templates once, then registration, the clock, the payouts board and the promo boards do the rest.
REGISTERING TOURNAMENTS
Buy-ins, seats and receipts without a spreadsheet.
Level and payout structures are built once as templates. Events are created from them in a few fields. On the day, registration is a search, a tap and a printed receipt, with the seat drawn for the player. Multi-day events, multi-flight events and satellites stay in one place.
PROMOTIONS
High hands, jackpots and hour-based promos, tracked as they happen.
Set a promotion once: a progressive jackpot by game and limit, a high-hand session, or an hours reward like a free wheel spin. The high-hand display puts the hand to beat, the prize and the time left on the room’s TV. The jackpot board and the player app read from the same list, and players redeem hour-based promos themselves at the kiosk.

The reports go deeper: sign-up trends, active players, check-in history, table and dealer timelines, tournament chip counts and payout slips, promo redemptions. Filter by date, export to Excel, PDF or CSV, or schedule delivery.

Live games and open seats, the waitlist with their position and a page when a seat is up, tournament RSVP and buy-in with Player Bank, jackpot amounts and vouchers in their inbox. Announcements, offers and comp vouchers go out to the players you choose, in the app, by email or by text. Their account page is their digital player card: a QR code the window or the kiosk scans.
