EVERY PLAYER, ONE PROFILE
Register a player once and every screen knows them.
Poker player tracking software starts at the front desk. Staff register a player with a photo and ID details and issue a membership or RFID card. The floor, cage, tournaments and payouts read that profile.
The problem.
Regulars, new faces and barred players all come through the same door. When the record lives in staff memory and paper files, a barred player can slip through and a regular ends up with two accounts.
How it works.
- 1
Register the player.
Front desk staff create the account in CardOpz Desktop with name, date of birth, contact details, a webcam photo and ID details. A player can also start from an SMS invite link.
- 2
Issue the card.
Assign a membership card number and link an RFID card. Print the card with the player's photo on a compatible card printer.
- 3
Look them up anywhere.
Search by name, alias, card number, RFID, phone or date of birth. Partial details still work. Floor, dealer and cage staff all see the same record.
- 4
Build the history.
Table sessions, tournament entries, transactions and promotion redemptions land on the player's timeline. Visit History shows every visit, filtered by year.
What you get.
Barred players
Flag a player with a reason and an until date, or leave the date blank for a permanent bar. A check-in attempt raises an alert and is logged. Tournament registration is blocked.
Duplicate merging
Possible duplicates are flagged by name, date of birth and ID number. Staff compare both profiles side by side and merge them into one record with the full history.
SMS self-registration
Send an invite link to a player's phone. They fill in their own profile. Staff check it against their ID before the account goes live.
Player reports
Check-in history, barred entry attempts, the Player MVP visit ranking, purchase history and promo redemptions. Reports export to CSV.
Included in every plan.
What’s different.
- One profile everywhere. The floor, cage, tournaments, payouts and the player app all use the same record.
- A barred flag follows the player across the system, at check-in and at tournament registration.
- Access follows roles. Staff see what their job needs, and every change to a profile is logged.
QUESTIONS
About Player Tracking.
How do new players get registered?
At the front desk in CardOpz Desktop, or by SMS invite. With an invite, the player fills in their own profile and staff verify it against their physical ID before it goes live.
Can staff find a player without a card?
Yes. Search by name, alias, phone or date of birth as well as card number or RFID. Partial details work, and staff narrow down from the results.
What happens when a barred player tries to check in?
A pop-up alert shows on screen with the player's barred status, and the attempt is logged for the Barred Player Report. Tournament registration for that player is blocked.
What if one player ends up with two accounts?
Merging Duplicates flags likely matches by name, date of birth and ID. Staff compare them side by side, pick the master record and merge. The history moves to the master.
Does it track loyalty points?
Yes. Players earn redeemable points through play. Points can be redeemed at the cage or through promotions.
