PROMOTIONS AND JACKPOTS
Jackpots, high hands and bonus hours players can see live.
This poker room promotions software runs jackpots, high hands and points. Jackpot increases wait for a manager's approval. High hands post to the TV as they're recorded. Players redeem their rewards at the kiosk.
The problem.
Jackpot balances on a whiteboard and high hands on paper lead to mistakes and disputes. Players don't trust an amount they can't see.
How it works.
- 1
Create the promotion.
Start in Promotion Events. Pick a points or time promotion, or a jackpot. Set the dates, the qualifying hand or hours, and the reward.
- 2
Approve and start.
Jackpots go through approval, then a manager starts them in the Jackpot Manager. Points and time promotions go live on their start date.
- 3
Put it on the TV.
The jackpot display shows each game's amount, qualifying hand and bonus hours. Amounts also show on the waitlist board's game cards and the dealer tablet.
- 4
Pay the winner.
When a jackpot hits, reset it to its seed and the win goes to payouts. High hand winners are recorded after the session and logged to a report.
What you get.
Progressive jackpots
Set a seed, a growth factor tied to hours played, fixed increases and manual additions. Each increase is approved before it counts. Every reset stays in the history.
High hand sessions
Set the qualifying hand, the prize and the end time. Record each better hand with its table and seat. The display updates at once.
Bonus hours
Pick a window and a multiplier, like 2x or 3x. The jackpot display shows the multiplier and a countdown until it ends.
Points and time promotions
Reward hours played or points earned by day, week, month or year. Players see their progress and redeem at the kiosk, with a printed voucher if the room wants one.
Included in every plan.
What’s different.
- Jackpot amounts show on the waitlist cards, so players see what's at stake before they pick a game.
- Each jackpot can require staff sign-off on a win: dealer, floor manager, surveillance or shift supervisor.
- Drawings run on the same setup. Players earn entries by the hour or by points instead of a direct reward.
