A small team, close to the rooms we work with.
CardOpz is poker room management software for social clubs, private poker clubs and tournament series. One system runs the floor and the waitlist, tournaments, promotions and jackpots, the player cage, memberships and time sales, the player app, displays and reporting.
Since 2022
CardOpz LLC has worked with poker rooms since 2022. The company is based in Chula Vista, California, and works with rooms in Texas, Ohio, California and Oregon.
Who leads it
Caleb Rabadan leads CardOpz. He came up through poker room operations and product work.
How we work
We are a small team, and we stay close to the rooms we work with. We see the same questions across them: how to keep the list moving, how to run a series with fewer staff, how to close the night with the numbers straight.
Operations and Professional rooms get remote deployment and unlimited training. Starter rooms set up remotely with the guides. Each room runs on its own database, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Clients reach us through the support portal during business hours.
What we believe about the job
Fewer staff should be able to run a straight night. The record of the night should exist without anyone typing it up after close. Players should see the same list the floor sees.
