Paper logs at the cage are slow and hard to reconcile. When a player questions a transaction, the answer is buried in a stack of slips.

How it works.

    Find the player.

    Look them up by card swipe, name or RFID. Guests without a full membership can be served too.

    Record the transaction.

    Buy-in, cash-out, chip exchange or adjustment. Chips and cash are recorded by denomination.

  3. 3

    Check the balance.

    A withdrawal goes through only after the balance is checked. Points and vouchers sit on the same account.

  4. 4

    Close the shift.

    The cashier's shift summary shows every transaction, chip counts and balances. Export the log to Excel to reconcile.

Every transaction with its time, amount, type and player. Filter by date range, search by player and export to Excel.

The player account

Balance, redeemable points, comp vouchers and transaction history on one view, linked to the player's membership profile.

Vouchers at the window

Comp vouchers and tournament vouchers are tracked and redeemed at the cage. Points earned through play redeem there too.

Player Bank

Verified players deposit cash in person at the cage. They use those funds to buy into tournaments from the room's app.

  • The cage and the floor share one player record. A floor manager can see a player's account status from the floor.
  • Jackpot payouts can be credited straight to a player's account.

What transactions does the cage record?

How does staff find a player?

Yes, in the Player Bank. Verified players deposit cash in person at the cage, and those funds can buy into tournaments from the app.

How does a cashier close a shift?

The shift summary lists every transaction processed, with chip counts and balances. The transaction log exports to Excel for reconciliation.

Does the cage tie into promotions?

Yes. Points earned through play, comp vouchers and tournament vouchers are redeemed at the cage window. Kiosk vouchers print with a barcode for cage redemption.
