What CardOpz does, section by section.
Opening a room, or running one? This is the one system for the whole room: the floor, tournaments, promotions, player tracking and the reports first; the window, the cage and payouts when your room wants them. Your data stays yours, and so does your model: set games, limits, memberships and promotions the way your state and your room call for. We don't fit you into a commercial cardroom's process. Every section is on this page. Fill in the form and the PDF is yours.
RUN THE ROOM
Run the room with fewer staff.
The floor, the waitlist, tournaments, promotions, player tracking and the player app, with the reports to reconcile every night. The window, the cage and payouts sit behind them for rooms that want them. The validations and accountability keep the night straight, and you set the games, limits, promotions and memberships the way you want them.
Floor, waitlist, tournaments, player tracking, promotions and jackpots, the player cage, displays and boards, reporting, and the player app. Every module in every plan. More on two of them: software for social clubs and the dealer tablet.
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
One system for your floor and your players.
CardOpz Desktop runs on your workstations and handles intake, hardware and role-based access. The cloud platform runs on Microsoft Azure in US data centers and keeps every station in sync in real time, encrypted and backed up. The player app runs in their browser with your name on it.
THE FLOOR
The floor, live.
Every table, every seat, the list at the door and the boards on the wall, from one screen.
SEATING CASH-GAME PLAYERS
Every table, every seat, one screen.
The floor manager is the live map of the room. Tables show who is in every seat, how long they have been there and which tables are Going, Live or Dead Spread. Dealers check in at the table from the tablet, so the map is always right.
WAITLIST MANAGEMENT
Players join from anywhere. Staff seat from one list.
Game cards are set up per game and limit. Players get on from the desk, the kiosk in the lobby, or the QR code on the board with their phone. The board on the TV, the manager view and the player app all show the same list. When a seat opens, the player gets a text through Twilio.
DISPLAYS & BOARDS
The room’s TVs, driven from the same data.
Waitlist board, tournament clock, jackpot board, high-hand display and table rotation, each a browser tab on any TV. The clock shows the level, the break and the payouts, which update as players bust. The waitlist board carries a live message line from the desk.
AT THE KIOSK
Players help themselves in the lobby.
The kiosk runs on a full-size touchscreen PC, usually Windows, with a receipt printer attached. Players create an account, join the cash-game waitlist, check their hour balance and redeem promotions without tying up the desk, and the voucher prints right there. It reads the player card or the QR code in the app.
TOURNAMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Events and promotions without the spreadsheet.
Templates once, then registration, the clock, the payouts board and the promo boards do the rest.
REGISTERING TOURNAMENTS
Buy-ins, seats and receipts without a spreadsheet.
Level and payout structures are built once as templates. Events are created from them in a few fields. On the day, registration is a search, a tap and a printed receipt, with the seat drawn for the player. Multi-day events, multi-flight events and satellites stay in one place.
PROMOTIONS
High hands, jackpots and hour-based promos, tracked as they happen.
Set a promotion once: a progressive jackpot by game and limit, a high-hand session, or an hours reward like a free wheel spin. The high-hand display puts the hand to beat, the prize and the time left on the room’s TV. The jackpot board and the player app read from the same list, and players redeem hour-based promos themselves at the kiosk.
PLAYERS
One record per player, from sign-up to their phone.
Who they are, what they played, what they're owed, and what they see in the app under your club's name.
PLAYER TRACKING
One profile per player, from sign-up to the barred list.
One card per player: photo and ID, time balance, player bank, membership and gaming status, entry fee, and notes the floor must read before seating them. Contact details, membership card and RFID cards sit underneath. The timeline shows every session, tournament, transaction and promotion. Barred players carry a reason and an end date, and the desk is alerted on any check-in attempt. Players can sign up from a text link and get verified against ID at the room.
THE PLAYER SIDE
What your players see.
Live games and open seats, the waitlist with their position and a page when a seat is up, tournament RSVP and buy-in with Player Bank, jackpot amounts and vouchers in their inbox. Announcements, offers and comp vouchers go out to the players you choose, in the app, by email or by text. Their account page is their digital player card: a QR code the window or the kiosk scans. Under your club's name, in their browser, no app store.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
The night, the shift and the year, on one dashboard.
The dashboard shows seated players, players waiting, open tables and service alerts at a glance. The reports go deeper: sign-up trends, active players, check-in history, table and dealer timelines, tournament chip counts and payout slips, promo redemptions. Filter by date, export to Excel, PDF or CSV, or schedule delivery.
BACK OFFICE
The next tier: the window, the cage and payouts.
Every plan includes the window and the cage. Professional adds payouts with tax documentation and the ID station, for rooms that want the money side buttoned up.
AT THE WINDOW
Sell time, memberships and merch from one screen.
Hour packages, weekly or annual memberships, entry fees and merchandise ring up on one ticket against the player’s account, with their time balance and bank right there. Membership and time sales are in every plan.
AT THE CAGE
Every buy-in, cash-out and chip exchange on one screen.
The cashier looks the player up by card, name or RFID, checks the balance before any withdrawal, and every transaction lands on the log with a timestamp and the player’s photo. The shift reconciles from the record, not from memory. Cash stays cash; the software keeps the count.
PROFESSIONAL PLAN
Move up when the money and the door get bigger.
Professional adds Payouts & Tax Documentation and AccessPoint ID Scanning. The payout slip is built on a tablet at the table or wherever the win happened: the finish or the jackpot, the tax form (W-2G, W-9, W8-BEN), the TIN check through TINCheck, the player’s signature and ID photo, with multi-level approval, then it is submitted to the cage for pickup. AccessPoint is a dedicated station at the door with a Thales ID or passport scanner and the barred list checked in real time.
